Thank you for contacting the Federal Transit Administration. Your completion of this form is necessary and extremely helpful for us to properly evaluate each invitation extended to the FTA Administrator, Deputy Administrator, and Executive Director. FTA will review the information you submit in a timely manner and provide a response to the Primary Requester and/or Point of Contact listed here. It is important that you complete each applicable field for us to consider your request. Failure to do so may result in a delayed response. FTA recommends 30 days notice whenever possible for meeting requests, and up to 90 days for events requiring FTA travel.
